Little facts about HanaDyad

I was born 9/12, hence Hana(1) Dyad (of two).
I love my cats,
And I have seven.
Used to have 8.
I'm OCD and always doing sudoku if I can.

Now you know a little about me, and there is a puzzle here. ^_^

EDIT II - The GAs have ended, but I'll leave this up for people to enjoy the puzzles.

EDIT - I am noticing that plenty of people are getting stumped with the puzzle...

I will give one real hint.

The answers are in the same format for each of them, so if you solve one, there you go.

For the four questions, there aren't hints. The only hint I can think of that doesn't give it instantly is just think about sayings or things that someone has said.
