How to know if you can trust a person?

I made a Revelations 2012 giveaway and a russian guy won it. I looked at his profile and he made some giveaways and gave the gifts correctly but now I look into his Steam account and he has been away for like 3 days. Should I trust him? I'm scared he won't mark it as received.

Dafuq? So someone is by all means decent member of a community and you suspect them because of...??? If he does not mark it as received, you'll have proof in steam inventory history that you sent the gift.

And saying that the guy is Russian is just negative profiling.
