I've given away a couple bundle games and have spent months trying to win them back. Why? I don't know, really. It's just nice to give :-)

Even if you wanted, you can't request a new winner for that reason. You have to deliver

The only time I won't send the games, is if the person has any bans on Steam. I couldn't care less about not recieved marks, if they hack, they won't be getting a game from me.

Your request would be denied (as they don't have the game on their account). It's not against the rules to do that.

So, a winner of one of my GAs has an active GA for the exact same game running with multiple copies.
Would it be compliant to rules to request a new winner for the GA?
I mean: If he really wants it, why doesn't he just activate one of his own copies instead of giving them away?
