Does anybody use this CCYY-Shop? Do they speak English when support contact is needed?

I know it's a rhetorical question but... let's see if I can answer it :)

During bundle "rush hour" (new Humble Bundle / Monthly / Fanatical Mystery bundles etc.) I have to clear it every few minutes, after I process one batch of posts / messages, so that I update the threads with region lock info / random drops as close to "real-time" as possible. The most difficult days are when there are several things to manage at the same time, since the comments are mixed - that's when I switch to a "per thread" approach.
When it's just one regular bundle (IndieGala / Groupees / Bunch Keys) it takes a few hours until the queue fills up. But even with that, I have a (non-healthy) compulsion to check SG once every 2h or so (outside my beauty sleep / work meetings and other "must do"s).

In terms of numbers: when the new Monthly launches, it takes maybe half an hour (probably less) to get to 99+ comments (taken from both the old and the new monthly), while with Mystery bundles are a bit more quiet, I'd say 1 comment per minute roughly (right after launch).
For other days, it probably takes one full "quiet" bundle day (or up to 2 days) to get to 99+. It's pretty hard to estimate though. 😊

First you must be in China, I guess. Sometimes they have "Global" bundles which can be bought worldwide using Paypal, but most are intended for China-only.
