Payday says not tradeable yet it's tradeable?

So I just bought one copy of Payday for myself and another to give away here. I noticed that the gift copy has a message about it not being tradeable until 30 days due to the account being in good standing, yet it has the tradeable tag. Also, my account is in good standing and I've made purchases recently as well as more than 30 days ago. What's going on?

I had this problem with a lot of my games too. It's just a glitch. You can still drag it into the trade window and trade it off.

Ah, good to know it's just a glitch and it's happened to more people. I did see the "send gift" button on it but wasn't sure if it would work when the giveaway finished.

I traded for a Batman Arkham Origins Season Pass from someone and got the same message on it (it didn't show up when it was in the trade window). But below it, it has "tradable" tag on it. Probably just a glitch.
