I live in a city(85km's from Varna) and the rain here was quite bad too,but nothing compared to the rain there. 100 litres per m2 is a lot and all of that rain dropped in 2hrs....

Its ridiculous that we first time hear about it here and we are right next to Bulgaria phew this country.
I was lucky and wasn't anywhere near floods when they were in Serbia.
