1. Portal Gun - this one is a no-brainer... even though it's not really a gun, it's more of a tool... one portal at home and one portal at work would make the world go round.
2. Flak Cannon from Unreal series- there is no greater feeling than picking up a Flak Cannon and start shredding your enemies to pieces with bits of sharp hot shrapnel
3. BFG9K from Doom / Doom 3 and BFG10K from Quake II / Quake 3 - personally liked the 10K version more over the classic, but both versions are great!
4. Maria from Fallout: New Vegas - that handgun is just beautifully crafted and durable
5. A Shotgun with a silencer from Postal 2 - the silencer part is more hilarious than practical, and that's what makes it good.

1. The legendary Redeemer from Unreal Tournament series (specially the original UT in 1999): I love the secondary fire, which puts you inside a rapidly moving nuke to guide it towards the enemy! xD
2. Ion Cannon from C & C: Renegade: Such a small device, and such a huge explosion! Love it. :D
3. BFG from Quake III Arena. Love the power!
4. Shotgun (in many games we have good shotguns, but the best is the original Soldier of Fortune).
5. Type-7 Particle Weapon in F.E.A.R. I just love how it burns flesh and turns people to skeletons in the blink of an eye! xD

1. M1 Garand (Day of Defeat), M14 (Call of Duty: MW2), Hunting Rifle (Fallout)
2. Flak Cannon (Unreal) / Shotgun (pretty much everywhere, but mainly CS:GO)
3. Railgun (Quake 3: Arena)
4. HV Penetrator (F.E.A.R.)
5. Bows / Crossbows (anywhere they feel powerful - that's nailing people to the wall, fierce sounds, etc.)

Knives (and lightsabers) get a honorable mention, because there's nothing more satisfying than a good ol' melee kill (and lightsabers).

1. Every weapons from Duke Nukem games, they're just so awesome
2. Weapons from Shadow Warrior, same as Duke's XD
3. Big ass Revolvers, in Half-Life games for example, the colt python and powerful shotguns, as the double barreled in many FPS games
4. Fists, Kicks, Bows ( ya all at the same position :P :P )
5. Explosive weapons ( Michael Bay )
   I know it's pretty general but i'd need more than 5 to do a more precise list XD
