First, you're going to want to remove the picture and maybe delete this topic entirely because you are going to get in trouble for calling out since the identity of the gifter is clearly visible in your picture.

Second, not getting a game is disappointing and not giving a game you promised to give is wrong, but it's not a "scam".

yes it is a scam

No.... a scam involves a lie or other type of deception which results in one side of an exchange not receiving what was promised. There was no exchange here, and therefore no scam. The OP did not lose anything, he simply did not receive something. As I stated initially, it is unfortunate and disappointing, and I do not support such terrible behavior on the part of people that do not provide what they have promised, but it is not a scam.

No, it is logic and linguistic precision. We have a wealth of words, we ought to use them. There is no need to dilute the word "scam" into meaning anything a person does that disappoints us. A scam specifically involves the taking of something. Nothing was taken here except maybe the OP's innocence.

Another fool that thinking this site generates the keys for you
Oh well, better luck for you next time. Also you might want to report the gifter before everyone else did (hinthint name on your screenshot)

That really sucks dude!

Also, as others have said, you gotta remove that picture or blank out his name or something, calling people out will get you banned.

Just enter giveaways made by people who actually have some contributor value. A game that is rarely seen here on a giveaway created by a person registered a while ago with no contributor value suggests that the person doesn't even know how the site works.

also I wouldn't call it a scam since you didn't lose anything, I can understand how frustrating it can be (especially with the perspective of winning Max Payne 3) but that happens, you should just mark it as not received and not loose hope for future giveaways.

I'd say, a scam is, if you lose something in the process?

Did you lose anything?
No, instead you gained experience ;)

Now you only need 5XP more to put +1 in Luck.

I would put +1 in PERCEPTION instead so it increases your radar range for noticing fake giveaways for afar.
