If you plan on entering every single giveaway, sure. But no one forces you to waste points on games you don't actually want.

Maybe try entering giveaways for games you actually want? I mean you don't need to have them all just because ithey're free.

The new system is shit, no surprises.

Enter for games you want to play and not just +1 your nice and pleasant library, and you'll have plenty of points.

The new system has its ups and downs, but if you focus on the GAs for games you really wanna try, you might end up with just enough points for the majority of them. :)

The new system really does work, just focus on what and when you enter. ;-)

I like the new system. I can't enter all the games, but neither can everybody, so we have to be more selective.

"Let's give fewer points to users, so bots will enter fewer giveaways". Except you enter fewer as well, despite being no bot. I liked the old system, it was good. Entering many giveaways, even if with more participants, was somewhat satisfying.
People say you now need to be picky. Except bots get picky, too. Good games have many thousand entries as before, so? Maybe those cheap asset flip +1-in-library games get fewer entries.
