Hello!
I know it has a warning at the beginning, but I didn't think it would affect me. I started to play and it got to a point where a girl was talking about her depression and I started crying, seeing things I constantly think about being put there on the screen, and so I closed the game. My question is, is the game's story worth it to play or should I leave it alone? I don't wanna miss out on a good game, but I don't know if I can go through it.

Did you play Doki Doki?
Did you like it?

While I liked it, it's definitely not for someone who can't really tolerate depression or really depressing topics.

I'd suggest reading some or all spoilers about the game and then playing it (or not playing it, depending on your decision). This way you get to experience the game, through spoilers and/or through actually playing it, without (I hope) getting upset by the game. This approach is not for everyone, I guess, but it works for me.

Since the early parts so deeply affected you, I would strongly recommend AVOIDING it. Period. Full Stop.
DO NOT continue playing it. Delete it from your steam library, if necessary, just to keep yourself from playing it. I'm not in the least bit joking.

Anyone's long-term mental health is NEVER something to joke around with, and if you are disturbed by the earlier parts, there is absolutely no need to disturb yourself further.
