• I have an event running right now that I'd like to focus to
• I think I'd like to see that you've indeed changed your attitude, so time will tell

I'm not sure I agree with "The admins have the right to kick you without letting you know!". That breaks any trust people might have. If people are doing something bad or against the rules, it would be nice and polite to let them know, sometimes they have a good reason, can explain or can negociate.
