I found myself in the same situation. I liked the game during tutorial, but afterwards it all went down. I specifically hated the respawning enemies and the fact that they can spot you from a mile. If I ever decide to get back to it, I'll follow a walkthrough or something.

I really like this game and played it for a while, not recently though. You can change the AI difficulty in the settings, and change also its detection distance and thing slike that.

About often dying, I found that using the Sulfatum in a heavy armor is the best way in the beginning before getting the proper weapons and implants to allow for other eqipements.

Game is a good idea poorly executed.

IIRC, I was in a similar situation. Gave up after a few tries. Also it just feels kind of klunky.

i played with a friend and was a good game, realy good. but the lack of voices, and lots of text was anoying. also some weapons where realy unbalanced.
