Hello, I can understand you. Some giveaways are really disappointing. Many people spamming "thank you" and the winner not leaving a single word. Happens sometimes in non-public giveaways too.
Appreciate the "hidden" GAs. I do that occasionally too and the entry difference is sometimes mind boggling, even though it's a simple non-hidden link only.

The thank you spammers are in 95% of the cases autojoiner users that activated the thank you script in the autojoiner program (no joke it really is a part of the autojoiner software).

I have never seen such a thing but I understand it's quite unfair towards people who are not using it. I spend about 15 minutes twice a day to go through stuff and I read the descriptions - which made me end up in this thread. As far as I know it's prohibited to use such programs anyways according to the rules here. That won't stop people, of course. I hope they get caught and banned.

To use the autojoin function of the autojoiner program is forbidden but to use the thanks script is allowed.
In my eyes a wrong decission because the mass thanks messages are spam and i don't believe one second that the ones with activated thanks script don't use the autojoiner function too.
Easy tests, how extreme the abuse is, can be made with 2 GAs for the same game, with the same level req..
One made and in the description, the clear link to the second GA. So no hidden stuff, no problem to find it for each one that enter the GA manual.
And you see then the extreme difference in the entry numbers.
