What level requirement did you set on your GAs where you experienced that? I see that all the time on Level 0 and Level 1. Not so much on Level 4+.

Well, that is annoying af. Luckly never happened to me but if it would, i wouldn't bother with publics as well.

Welp, and when you rather have people keeping a $1 key rather than bothering the staff, you're asked to not encourage cheating. I understand, bit at the same time this is the behavior that push me to do giveaways level 6 now, and it will probably get even higher over time.
BTW, my breaking point was someone who already had a dlc and it wasn't possible to reroll, their entry had to be deleted. Of course they were not patient and upset at me for taking longer than usual and they set as not received while I had to wait several months for the entry to be deleted.
