it's not how long you should wait - it in the rules how long you HAVE to wait and that is 7 days and you also have to try to contact them also in that time

The winner has redeemed my gift, but not marked it "Received". How do I proceed?
If your gift has been activated or redeemed by the winner, and they have not left feedback after one week, please create a support ticket to request received feedback. A support member will review your ticket, and if the gift is activated on the winner's Steam account, they will update the feedback to "Received".

Is not particularly urgent but is there away to get data info on the date sent the email to show up somewhere?
becuase the only thing I see with gmail is the time passed since it was sent.
I want to sent the most clear data possible if that needs to be used.

sometimes you will run into bots that are on steam gifts the full week, never use the key, and you cant contact them/they wont add you on steam.

Usually it takes less than a day, but sometimes it takes longer (not all people are online as much as I am), sometimes a lot longer.
But, as wiggle said earlier, the FAQ states "1 week after you contact the winner", details here.

I am a little confused.
You create threads asking questions -> that's a good thing.
You get answers, it seems you do not read them -> that's a less good thing...
You were advised to read the guidelines (9 months ago) and FAQ (1 month ago). One could assume, that you have read both at latest 1 month ago, although another valid assumption would be you read both 7 years ago, when you registered on Steamgifts. Even some things changed since then, "wait 1 week" was unchanged.
Maybe it would be a good course of action for you to read FAQ & guidelines now and make notes.
