Could i giveaway Titan Quest even if i didn't buy the THQ HB as a gift?

Yer i bought the THQ HB Pack and i really don't want Titan Quest not my kinda game, and like Saints Row 3 it's a seperate key so could i give it away despite not buying the pack as a gift. Could i just e-mail the activation code? Because i haven't used it myself, so yeah please help! :P

Well, according to HiB ToS and that you shouldn't. But well...

If you wanted to give that away, just send the key you'll be provided to the winner. This

They also gave out three extra copies of Brazen to give to friends in the Amnesia Fortnight Bundle which breaks their own ToS.
