Question about Bastion Soundtrack Edition

Maybe you noticed that Bastion on sale in Steam now. And I'm interesting to create region locked giveaway of Bastion Soundtrack Edition for one of my groups. In RU+CIS region it costs for 87 RUR = about 1,32 US dollars, that's more than minimal 5%(1,25 from base price of 25P) of price for including in bundle list. So it will or not icluded in bundle list? Because last time when I did GA for Rayman Legends, it was bundled after sale ends, and I got just 4,5 CV (when for 5 copies GA of bundled Metrocide I got 9,75 CV). I know what just game without OST in budle list.
