Just wondering, are the dlcs worth it ?

Ooh, this is hard to resist, but I must, because my wallet still hasn't recovered from Christmas shopping and I know it's likely to get worse during the Steam sale.

Curious/amused about one thing though: "This Product will NOT activate in the following regions:
China, Taiwan, Province of China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Democratic People's Republic of, Korea, Republic of, Turkey, Russian Federation, Canada."

...Why Canada? One of these things is not like the others. O_o

So is this a good deal? I'm soooo tempted... I've heard it's an awesome game.,..

thanks, bought a copy to gveaway! i had fun with this one.. fun being = scared out of my wits to the point that i havnt touched it in a while out of fear!
