PC + controller obviously (you can use a program to make your PS3 gamepad work as a Xbox 360 controller, some games even natively support PS3 gamepad too, since we're using Windows from Microsoft you will need programs anyways, it's not plug & play, but hey they're free ) , PS3 = very bad graphics. Also normally console games cost more than PC games.
Edit: I saw this game here in Spain PC pre-order for 15-20€, console 50-60€, but seems they're are now making "offers" selling the console version for 20€.

One issue I know of is that in last boss QTE sequence some PC users have a bug where the QTE doesn't work.
Where I heard about is "I'm sorry guys, you may never get the ending to MGR. I have literally spent 4 hours on the final boss, thinking I was doing something wrong. Turns out the final "QTE" right before you beat him is completely bugged on PC."; "lmao. update: I changed the graphics, the game now crashes at the part with the bug."

I've never had any issues with the game (except for one time when my drivers corrupted and kept bluescreening, but that wasn't MGR:R's fault); I suspect the majority of users have no problems. That said, if you're not connecting a controller to your PC, get it on console, because controllers are really a necessity for MGR:R.
That said, it's a stupid reason to not get MGR:R on PC just because you won't connect your controller to your PC. It takes minimal effort, even for a PS3 controller, and while I haven't played the PS3 version, I have no reason to suspect it's better than the PC version.

Buy the PC version. You have access to it on all your PC's. PS3 version is less accessible and the disc-based copy is not compatible with the PS4. PC's span both the PS3 and PS4 generation- perfect for delaying your purchase of a new console until there is sufficient reason to buy the console.

I had this on my wishlist soon as it came on Steam, and now that we got a PS3 about 2 weeks ago, what would be the better option?
I'm mainly a PC gamer, and am fine with keyboard and mouse but I just want to know if there's any issues with either version and if controller or keyboard and mouse would be better (No, I'm going going to connect my PS3 controller to my computer)
