What should i do when people dont activate ma' games for over 3 weeks ?

Reroll is tricky, because, you can never be sure, previous winner is not activating it in meantime (or on other account=breaking the rules).

Blacklist + reroll

I'd contact the person first before doing a reroll.

Report them and blacklist. Consider the key lost i.e redeemed on other account or sold. Don't bother rerolling.

First, try to contact winner, especially if it was cd-key.
If fails:

If it's SteamGift and you can see it in inventory, then just ask for reroll.
If SteamKey, write to support - AFAIK they can manually check "key send". .

Also, thanks for choo choo.

Try to contact the person by Steamgifts, Steam, e-Mail.
If they do not respond or ignore your request, report them.

Has the winner been online here (on Steam) since the GA ended?

Tell him he hasn't activated the game. It happened to me, for some reason i had forgot or something and i didn't activated the key. Only when i got banned for a week did i find out i have won a giveaway and didn't redeem the key

It IS a hard being fugly; grills all around and I don't have any great skills for to impress - they only want boyfriends who have great skills.
Should you have such a skills, be sure to be going somewheres that... either is or isn't conducive to an exhibition, I don't know because potato.

personally I'd always attempt communication before resorting to a reroll, but I believe that if they don't activate it within 7 days without letting you know of any reason for it then you're within your right to ask for a reroll

Check if he really didn't activate it first, then contact him (oh, and check if he didn't re-gift it). If I didn't get any results, blacklist + reroll.

you join the long list of us that have suffered the same annoyance, and the knowledge that a re-roll is not worth it - as it would just put you in a position of potentially gifting a key that has already been used :(

Crush him, see him driven before you, and hear the lamentations of his women.

Just ask for support for a received mark. The key may be used on other account, so it is risky for you to ask for a reroll.

Stab them in their pretty little throats.

Report them to support, move on. Nothing much to do at this point, the key is probably already used.
