It depends on the jurisdiction, I know for instance that there are actual laws against revenge porn where I live. But surely some of the things in that video would be illegal anywhere - revenge or otherwise...

There definitely are some laws against that, basically anywhere in the world you are, it's probably just impossible to make it disappear once it's up due to the internet being forever.

I heard long time ago a case about a webpage that hosted those videos and was taken down and the owner in jail. Even if he doesn't participate in any way, he just received the videos and posted, but was charged because refused to delete videos on request from any victim neither asked permissions before posting. Also he was getting a lot of money from ads

As with everything else, laws regarding revenge porn are different in different places. This article details which countries have laws against it. It's only actually illegal in a handful of countries, though there might be laws in other countries which can be used to prosecute someone who posts explicit photos of you online without your permission.
