So if someone from USA will buy you the bundle it should be ROW.

If someone sends me the whole bundle, will I be able to make gift links from each of them individually? Or will I be able to get only keys from it?

Humble Bundle (from my experience) never give one link for all the bundle. HB generaly give you separate key/links for each game and/or DLC. If someone send you the bundle (part or whole), you should get a page with each game separatly. You'll have to claim the page to be yours.
Never sent a whole bundle but it should be like this.

i am from Europe, you get 2 versions of borderlands 2, ru/cis and ROW, just depending in what country you live, some Europe countries like Latvia, Lithuania gets also ru/cis versions.

I just learned that. Before creating a giveaway, click on the create gift link thingie to make sure. Had to delete a Borderlands giveaway because of that (luckily I realized this before it ended) and had to create a region-restricted one.

I bought Humble Endless RPG Bundle few hours ago and decided to gift Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel to someone else. I'm from CIS region and when I gave him gift link, he saw the warning about key being region locked (and I, the buyer, received no warning about it). Now, my question is: If someone else from USA buys me a bundle and then gifts it to me, will it have region lock for CIS region? Or if I tell him to give me gift links separately, what will result be?
I want region free gift links/keys as the result, so what is my best option?
