Question : Total War dlc's will be on sale?

I bought Napoleon & Empire but also Im interested in dlc's however -25% sale is no enough for me :/

What will be better :

Buy GOTY on GMG for 12€ or Have hope that steam will make a bigger sale on dlcs so it will be ~5€

I don't think that the dlcs will get any cheaper. They would only get cheaper when the base game is on a 75% sale. If you haven't seen any 75% dlc yet, I doubt they will give one day exclusively to dlc discounts.

Buy the GOTY from GMG :)
