It really doesnt matter as you can buy FC3 (Steam) from Amazon for 7.49 and then buy the deluxe bundle from Steam for 4.99. It's 2.51 cheaper and you basically get deluxe with the exception of Blood Dragon but who cares about that. :]

As Aeternum says, Deluxe Upgrade is $4.99, so buying that + FC3 from Amazon would actually be cheaper than the sale price I reported

For Saints Row IV.. it states NA Region and as per http://steamdb.info/sub/29293/ , it seems to only list Europe countries. Does this mean it can be activated in Asia?

Reviews seem to be conflicting. One says that only Oblivion and Skyrim are Steam, but another includes Morrowind as well.

All of the stuff in the Dead Island Franchise is 75% off now on Steam as well as part of today's 48-hour daily deal (including Dead Island Riptide for $7.50). This is good for those outside of the United States so they don't have to worry about a region-locked game.

its usually around that time from my past experience. the deals for today dropped like 30-40 minutes after midnight so give it some time if it doesn't drop immediately.

Dont think there are locked NA keys, but even ROW keys cant be activated in some places, like Russia and CIS countries+Baltics. Maybe someone who has bought it from Amazon before can say whether its ROW or WW or whatever :P

I'll just +1 this... bought the older pack last year (which also doesn't include Nights into Dreams, but it wasn't on Steam yet -- and did include Jet Set Radio) and back then it was separate keys, but that has this store page (it's Unavailable now though) listing out each game
