If a game has been given away for free, it will be removed from the giveaway list and you won't ever be able to create a giveaway for it, and usually running giveaways that started after it was being given away for free will be deleted.

Once they are released for free you cannot create a giveaway again, even if you purchased the game in a bundle or at full price. This is done to prevent people from giving away free games to cheat the contributor value system.
I just decided to give away most of my leftover bundle games and as I was going through my list creating giveaways, I came across over 20 games that I cannot give away because they have been given away for free since I purchased them in bundles a long time ago. I guess I held on to them for too long.

Yeah, I'll probably dump them in a thread one of these days in a ninja proof way. I don't feel like doing it right now though.

Sorry for the bad english, I don't know how to word this!
So here is the dilemma
I see several people posted tavern recently for giveaway. Comments immediately "this is free giveaway reported."
But now I understand, I happen to have gotten it in a bundle.
So what now?
Is there a minimum time to wait for free to pass, then is safe to give away?
Does a bundled item "lose" its value forever if given away for free by a community?
I looked around but i couldn't find topic on this.
Please direct me to that discussion if I missed it.
