Just won a game but without a steam key? Sorry if nub

Umm.. This is my second time winning a game but on the first one it showed a steam key. But now it doesn't show something like a steam key? How do I redeem it? Please no hate, just a new user here ^^

just wait for the gifter to send you the key. He has to click on a button for you to see the key, so if he's online or otherwise occupied, this might take a few hours/days.
