So I sent a key for a tropico trilogy copy to a winner of my giveaway and it's almost been 3 days? I'm not sure if i should pick a new winner or not. I haven't had this problem before and i was wondering if I could get some help from someone who has. Thanks to anyone who helps me with this!!

Well, they have 7 days to respond. If they still don't respond, then ask support for a reroll.

And if the guy has used the key? [To the OP] This is why you should wait for a reply before giving the key, now you don't know if it's been used.

That's true. OP, you may be in a bit of a pickle. Good luck though.

OP, try reminding him to mark the gift as received. Also, go into his "Games" tab on Steam, and see if he has the game listed. If yes, then he forgot to mark as received, if not, then there is still hope. Also, when does Steamgifts say he was last online?

Thanks for the help guys. i guess I shall just wait for a reply or warn whoever is the winner of the reroll. It's not really fair to them as they only have a 50/50 chance at it being used but nothing i can do now.

Then you're boned. Always add on Steam and wait 'til they respond unless its a private giveaway.
