Level 9 and Level 10 users need not fulfill the ratio criterion. But it's up to my jurisdiction to add them or not, depends on what kind of GAs they have been making.
Hint: I prefer to see that you are not making EXCLUSIVELY group/whitelist/invite-only giveaways. And that you do not give away only crappy games. KTNXBAI

Whishlist checking takes too much time and I am really busy these days. So if you're in my whitelist go on and comment with a game you'd like me to give away (obviously for a whitelist GA).

Skyrim GA is over, whitelist updated and I am checking its members' wishlists for the next gift! So make sure to prioritize games in there! ;)

First giveaway is over. However, I will be monitoring this thread in the future.
In addition, I will be checking the whitelist at times to check for invalid ratios.
