Well, thank goodness I decided to hold off on buying NatSel 2 when it was on sale!
The only BTA game I don't have is Orcs Must Die! 2, so I may end up looking around on Trades for a copy of it.

My friend got it at 4$ and he paid 3€ for it...when I bought it it was already at 3.90$ which ment 2.96€ for me.
That means you have to wait for the price to drop down to 3.00$ to get it for 2.60€. I kinda doubt that that it will drop so low but good luck. ^^

I love bundles. They create this inner struggle because they make me fight the urge of paying for a game because it could be bundled at some point down the road. I almost pulled the trigger on NS2 and Serious Sam 3 over the Autumn Sale. I am happy I didn't. :D The only games I feel are safe are like Skyrim and other big name titles like Borderlands, Tomb Raider, etc.

The FEAR series was oldish (FEAR 3 wasn't a very well marketed AAA title), and the Batman games were always around the $5 range so I can see why they got bundled. But I see what you mean.
I now look for signs that indicate the likelihood of a game being bundled. For instance, I wouldn't be surprised if the Max Payne series got bundled based on how low it has been. (6.99 for all 3 MP games on amazon, and 3.99 for MP3 on steam).
