Razer Ouroboros 2012 model vs 2013?

Hello, I am very picky when it comes to hardware.
I found that there are 2 models of the Razer Ouroboros mice;
Razer Ouroboros which came in August 6, 2012: RZ01-00770100-R3U1
And Razer Ouroboros which came in August 27, 2013: RZ01-00770300-R331
despite their prices I found no differences. There is no information that I found on the web too. Are there any differences?

Why do you buy it off Amazon and not from their site.
And I recommend to get Razer DeathAdder it is better and cheaper :)

It is cheaper from Amazon and I think that the retailer is Razer.
Anyway someone told me on reddit that they are the same.
The 2012 "version" was sold out, and the new batch is the 2013's one.
I already ended up buying this mice, I fell in love with it.
It might be expensive but coughyolocough, I don't mind investing in a mice I know I'll have good time with.

edit: I had Razer abyssus, but the wheel doesn't work well now and I can't turn off the led
(which I have to cover every night).

I also would've recommended Razer DeathAdder 2013 too (obviously since I own one), it's very cheap.....well, considering it's a Razer product and all. My gaming experience has definitely changed for the better ever since I got it a month ago.

My suggestion is buy a cheaper mouse, you don't need to spend this on a mouse, buy the Deathadder is very good, I have it since March.

Meh...Logitech G700 is better....not so flashy but it's really comfy, great autonomy, no lag, lots of buttons, cool scrolling wheel...

I have a Razer Mamba 2012 edition, no lag, confortable, wireless, no complains at all. I like how people likes to bash Razer jst for the sake of doing it.

Get a R.A.T. Far better internals, a bit lower DPI, but definitely way better than that.
