Report != Reroll.
Reroll requests have highest priority, they're handled usually in max an hour, and bad guys mentioned in those tickets are suspended instantly as well.

Yeah, I mostly do only private (group) and invite-only giveaways, and if I feel like doing public one, it's usually for L4+, unless I give away cheap games like Defy, so the number of rerolls is pretty low.

We got 4th winner after 3rd reroll, this time guy won the same game only 4 times, didn't activate even one, and both regifted.
I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS ANYMORE
After 4 rerolls, 5th winner finally didn't break any rules of the site, and received my beloved game.
