Jeez and I thought I was annoyed at having to reroll twice on my Speedball 2 GA. I bumped my Level restriction up to 3 after that GA but it still does not weed out all the bad eggs :(

This is why I stopped giveaways for the most part and just drop keys in my favorite steam group. It got too time-consuming re-rolling 3-4 times per game because they either won it before and regifted or they're a bot or key-collection account not responding to messages.
