Some kinda rating system needed to be implementet. In whom we all are able to mark what kind of positive rep + level is needed to join the GA. dunno im not that long here , wasnt even that active but right now I got a feeling, even at my stage of SG Level, im gettin strange views to my profile, steampage or GA behaviour :(

Some people just never learn. I saw one guy who was suspended like three times already. Checked him several days ago - he won the game two times in a row. Reported. Again.

I don't blacklist for ratio, as I find it silly. However I do blacklist for many other reasons.
You either:
a) Blacklisted me firstly
b) Posted a silly, idiotic or otherwise pathethic post on the forums
But I'll give you a chance.
(And better not waste it, as my BL4BL script works and automatically blacklist people who did blacklist me every once in a while)

My guide to making cheap public GAs (< $.50 on sale):
L0+ = of course, any and all abusers, only asking for trouble
L1+ = anyone who has regifted because they still got credit for the regift, even if a suspension was served, also asking for trouble
L2+ = minimum level that avoids the masses of casual offenders
L4+ = maximum level otherwise people would have already bought the game if they wanted it, the rest have a good chance of being high-level leechers
No, it's not perfect and yes, it eliminates a lot of good people who are just starting and not rule-breakers.
What I think would be incredibly helpful is if the SG Tools checker for unactivated and duplicate wins had an icon or other indicator by each infraction indicating suspension had been served. This would over time significantly cut down on submitted support tickets because each prior infraction would be checked eventually and would dissuade GA makers from submitting a ticket that would be denied a re-roll request.

There's no way for SG tools to check how many times a guy was banned, or if he was banned at all. You keep forgetting that SG tools is made by a guy like me, who just wants to make SG a better place. We don't have access to any private data that support does have.

Good point. Maybe the solution then is for SG to adopt it's own toolset or buy the script off the creator and incorporate it into the site. Clearly it fills a critical piece of making the site more fair for everyone involved.
