Hi, i have many games in others client (Uplay, GOG, Twitch, Origin).

I think it's good to have a possibility to add games that i have on these, in automatic or manually mode if the forst isn't possible.

I think it's ok a tag that notify the user that you already own this game in other client, but the user can choice if enter or no.

I know that i can hide the games, but if i enter in a ga trough a train, i can see the ga, soo a tag can help me to not enter for a games i already own (but i don't have on steam).

I hope the suggestion is clearly!

Have a nice day.

If you hide a giveaway, the 'eye' icon doesn't show up in the top-center of the giveaway when it's in a train. Just make sure to glance up before entering.

However, if you use ESGST tags and enable the hidden tag, it will show up even on trains.

In ESGST you can deactivate the enter button on hidden giveaways, very useful with trains.

A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away, we were able to giveaway 2 games not available on Steam (Minecraft and Battlefield 3), which was cool but the problem was the fact that we could know if:

  • The user didn't have the game already
  • The GA creator had the game to giveaway
  • The gifting itself took place
  • The game was activated on the winner's account
  • Maybe something else, I dunno

So many things we weren't able to know, so I guess the site stopped giving you the option for games outside steam (or at least that's what I think happened, I'm too old to remember most things)

I'd love a way to be able to give away GOG games, especially since I'm going to try to support them instead of Steam.

not going to happen unless CD Projekt creates Steam-like API for GOG to request users libraries ;p
