Hide Mature Games

That is an amazing addition to the site; 90% of my blacklist is exactly stuff like this. I also appreciate having a list that shows which games would be hidden, so I can see what I'm "missing out on". I think it would be great if that list also linked to either the active GAs in question, or the game's specific SG entry (the one you get when you click on the magnifying glass, whatever that is called); so users can more easily access them in case they are interested in one of those games.

I don't understand the reason to hide mature games from unlogged visitors, except to avoid offending the tender feelings of underage bots.

Hm, wouldn't it be better for the setting to automatically be on by default?

When a user registers it should be on and they can go and turn it off if they want to see mature content, that's usually the way it works with mature content on platforms isn't it?

I tried manually appending /search?page=2 the the url but that didn't work.

The focus is on games that resemble pornography or games where sexual imagery is the focal point of the game (e.g. jigsaw puzzle games, that just contain adult images). A small number of low-effort or asset flip games that try to capitalize on shocking themes and content may also be added to the filter.

Glad to see shovelware junk hidden, but can't help but wonder if games like Fear & Hunger, Lust from Beyond and similar ones would be affected as well.

Thanks a lot for the update. I sometimes have my kid sitting next to me and I really don't need him to see a giveaway for 100 copies of some weird fetish game. The third party script I was using was too slow often.

Thank you so much, I'm happy that you've finally got to add this much-needed feature! I just hope that mods will actually exclude games with "mature" tag that shouldn't be on the list (like Firewatch or The Cat Lady) - but I definitely welcome an ability to filter out hentai nastiness.

Good it's an automatic process with a manual touch. I wouldn't envy the mod who'd browse the main SG page manually, to filter out those usually trash games 😆
