Amazon deals are made only for NA customers so probably not.
Also I think BioShock 1 might be DRM-Free. I'm not sure.

I don't know why I bother buying some of the games I do, I even have a legit copy of Bioshock 1, just didn't have it on Steam. I'm hoping to play through 1 and 2 before the 3rd game is released in February.

Keys are not locked to the US only. I just bought the bundle and they activated fine on Steam, here in the UK.

For others who may not know, you just have to use a random US address and set it as default in account settings to order from other parts of the world. I use a hotel address in Beverly Hills.
