Game Stop Impulse Support... Sucks?

Ok so I purchased a few copies of Serious Sam 3: BFE on the Impulse platform and after trading away the the first two I encountered a problem with the third (the one for me) ones key. It didn't work (supposed to be steam activatable). And after like 20 email they gave me two duplicates and have not responded.

Any similar experiences?

Um, if they gave you two duplicates, what does it matter about one?

Same here, if you buy MW when your steam got hack you can't do anything.

Impulse (and Gamestop) are not very good places to buy your games. This is your lesson.

Ive bought 3 things on Impulse, GalCiv2 (when it was Impulse), then Deux Ex and Payday (when it became Gamestop) never had much of an issue other than the keys for the game get released to you 'sometime' during the release day. Personally they've worked fine.
