Grid view switches game icons(Help!)

So when in grid view, my games have their cover art switched to different games (example: Stardew valley has splinter cells cover art in grid mode).
Is this a issue on my end, or is steam messing up again? What can I do?

that's a script, not sg. what do you have installed?
