You can look at how the category is used for sharing store Deals. Giveaways for coupons, free games and other content are relegated to the General and Off topic categories, when people have experience using the site. Otherwise, every giveaway would be in the deals section.

Would anyone want the key for these two badges in TF2. Found the key from an old bundle i bought 2 years ago for the Yogscast jingle jam charity live stream, and it isn't tradable.
I don't really know how to go about doing this, but how about this? Comment something and ill use a random number generator to pick the winner (If you post first you'll be 1, etc)
(I would do a normal Steam Giveaway but it wont let me seen as its not a game!)
