Question about subid

My friend wants to roll a Tomb Raider GOTY Edition, but when he selects the game, there are two options that both are GOTY, but with different subId: one is http://store.steampowered.com/sub/36483/, and another is http://store.steampowered.com/sub/49783/. However, the gift is actually Asia restricted, so the real subid is 49784, but this is not shown in dropdown. So, which subid should he choose?36483 or 49783? Or he couldn't roll this game because its subid is totally different?

If it was me, it shouldn't matter, but put SE ASIA on regional restriction below.
