It took me about 4 hours to finally get my key. I was scared it was going to end up saying it was a duplicate key, but mine actually worked. Now, I am getting TONS of spam from this website. Since I got the game, I've gotten 13 of the same email.

i used the coupon, but its still asking me to pay or to use an online transaction thing. It also says that the total is $6.49. So did the coupon work or not?

I had the same problem, but I figured it out. Make sure you have German (or Deutsch) language selected to the left of your cart.
