Filtering out giveaway?

There should be a way to filter out the giveaway that we can't enter, such as a full page of locked giveaway only for level 5+, etc.. or do they have it?

Go to your settings, go to 'Giveaways' and adjust as you like: "Hide giveaways for games you already own?", "Hide giveaways for DLC if you're missing the base game?" and "Hide giveaways above your level?".
