Because most indie games don't count for points anymore. Only the first 30$ is counted if the games have been in a bundle.

If you give out games from bundles the maximum is only 30.00 no matter how many games you give out, give out non-bundle games and it will rise normally. :)

Technically the indie bundles (at least the humble indie bundle) can be bought for 1 cent and is worth more. So if you really want, you could buy 100 copies for 1 dollar/euro total and get like 600 dollar contribution on this site. That is the thing that is unfair against people who give away games that they actually pay more for.

If you've won, it also displays a large banner across the top of every page that won't go away until you indicate that you have or have not received the gift (though you can't click "no" until after a week or two, so it gets kind of annoying if the gifter doesn't give it to you in the first day or two)
