Giving away Bemine keys under private giveaway?

Just wondering, would this be allowed? Thinking of giving away some keys, so wanted to know if I could give them away in a private giveaway.

Not allowed either. You could do a random draw by yourself, or create a puzzle leading to a page containing the code(s), but you cannot create a Steamgifts giveaway with those codes.
