Happy B-day!
That's why I love AI!
It would save lives of many artists!
Imagine that you want to create something really uncanny. Something that looks like drawn by some alien creature from outer space, that received only hints of how this world works, but doesn't actually understand how this world works.
In the past artists were using drugs. Now they can just use AI and then redraw end result so it will look good (because AI is and always will be shitty with backgrounds, anatomy and many other stuff - because of how it actually works). No risk for health and life. Seriously - AI liberates artists from taking drugs.
Or it just takes away their excuse why they are taking drugs? From that perspective I think now I know why they don't like AI.
Anyway - I remember when I was having fun with AI in Covid years when we were vaccinating foxes against rabies. It felt surreal how fast some AI image generators were intentionally crippled by censorship (due to Covid). I could use prompt to generate image and then in couple of hours the same prompt gave me only one result (because 3 out of 4 were censored) and after some more minutes the prompt itself was "against terms of service".
Also I needed image of dead hog in the graveyard. Don't ask why. Anyway i I'm sure that weebs had huge influence on AI.

Today (well, yesterday now) was my actual birthday, and I did not show up prepared for it on Steamgifts. So here I am the day after with a little "hooray me for surviving another year" thing to give away a few games.
So I made a Jigidi, and let me tell you did I ever have fun with AI on this one. I started out with trying to get images for "birthday train," but it kept giving me strange results with lots of kids, so I added "no kids" and "photorealistic" -- and let me tell you that the results were the stuff of nightmares. 🤣
I then switched it up to "cake train" with some other modifiers, and the results were equally odd, but somehow visually appealing in strange ways. There were still some doozies in there as well, but at least they won't keep me up at night. I chose the most weirdly appealing one and used it for the Jigidi. You're welcome. :D
Behind the Jigidi is a little train with 15 carts in it, including a couple of halfway-decent unbundled games. Enjoy, and best of luck!
Chooooo Choo
