Small question regarding region locked giveaway win

Hey everyone,

A week ago I won a giveaway that's region locked (it wasn't specified that it was region locked), I contacted the giveaway creator telling him about it and asked him to reroll and also wrote about it to support but haven't had an answer since then.
Is there something I should be doing beside these?
Should I mark the win as not received?

i would advise to wait a bit longer, like an additional week, support is slow and they may need longer than a week to reroll or delete the GA

Simply mark as not received.
If you're OK with deleting the GA, then you can state so in comments. If the creator acts at some point you have already did your part.
In the rare case that they can provide you with a non region restricted key, you are still able to change your feedback to received.
So until then mark as not received. Then you will also be able to participate in new GAs for the same game
