The people are usually very ungrateful, they (bundle sites) give us the opportunity to buy a game package from a dollar and still complain because they believe that every week there should be only AAA, a pity, I believe that today there will be a good bundle, if it is a bundle with games that do not interest me, I just do not buy it without unnecessary criticism.

Yeah, but I don't believe this "bug" is completely unrelated to future plans (see also their recent survey).
Tongue-in-cheek (see the smiley in my first post), but I wouldn't be surprised if the bundle prices for EU buyers will be in EUR and including VAT some day soon.

I was thinking more of videos or tutorial templates and such.
For example, we have so many tutorial videos on the net that teaches programming, modeling, painting, etc. Yet most of these videos don't explain what we need very much, bad voice, etc.
Tutorials for voice acting, design, coding, etc. Like, instead of teaching us the normal we get to learn everything (from what to expect to how to solve problems).
Good idea?? bad??

Unless you're already a proficient actor, I doubt video tutorials on voice acting would be of any use. Even then, voice acting is rather different from stage (for example).
As pointed out below, there are plenty of sites offering quality tutorials. In previous years I'd have suggested getting magazines with cover discs (ImagineFX used to have plenty of premium video workshops on the disc for example).
Besides, my comment about both was referring to undergarments and towels - pretty sure both have been bonuses on one bundle or another in the past! :D
