This is the dream bundle that can't happen in this world. Morrowind & Fallout 3 & Fallout New Vegas on tier one, Oblivion & Dishonored on tier 2, Skyrim with all DLC's on tier 3.

If those 19 games listed below is everything you're getting temporary access to for 12 $ a month it's a terrible deal.
Several of those games were in Humble 1$ Tiers so you can get them permanently for ~ 0,33 cents.
Edit: Oh, so if it's just an added bonus for Humble Monthly subscribers that obviously changes things. I assumed it was 12 dollar per month on it's own.

Humble Trove is a treasure trove of DRM-free games. Humble Monthly subscribers have access to our entire catalog of Humble Originals and more.
So just a little extra for subscribers in my opinion. Who knows if and/or what will they add later :D

Seems like a cool idea but not a good selection of games. All of them are heavily bundled games that I own every single one of and the original games are basically just mini games. Would be so good if they added some good quality games too though.

Since I discovered Humble in March they only skipped one bundle - last week.
I doubt they'll skip another one straight away, that'd be kinda weird.

Since Darkest Dungeon just got a DLC that the general consensus is, is essential to actually enjoying the game, I foresee Darkest Dungeon in tier 3/ pay more than $10 for this bundle.
Without the DLC, of course.

Seeing as it's Steam Sale time soon and it takes ages to cross-check all Humble store games with my Steam account, is there a script that highlights games in Humble's store that are already in your Steam account? Kind of like the RAChart here?

2) I use isthereanydeal with my Steam wishlist to see where the games are cheapest and on sale, so if you got a big wishlist this may be an option for you.

I want to say there won't be one because of the Steam sale. But I feel like last year we all presumed that and there was one. Not 100% on that though. Would be the perfect time for a new Uplay or Origin bundle, really.
