Dat awesome "filter games" button!

I just want to be able to manualy add games that I don't want to see. For example, I own "binding of isaac" but if someone adds "binding of isaac: collection" I still see it, and I don't want to. For sure if you already have that option to filter games, making it possible to manualy add/remove games from that list for sure isnt too hard.
