This script enhances the charts by showing you which games you already own from the ones in it. If you own it, the row will be highlighted with a green color.

Well, easy choice, I guess. This is the first game bundle from them this year where I don't feel even the tiniest bit of interest towards any of the games.

Too expensive just for The Final Station and Clustertruck. I'll pass.

What's the 30-second version story of the TinyBuild/G2A thing? Second time I've seen somebody mention it.

TinyBuild selling their games for pennies in Bundles or even giving them away for free just several weeks after release (Lovely Planet Arcade at Alienware, No Time to explain and several others) Talk about a nice Fuck you to early adopters. just to complain afterwards that big, bad G2A is stealing all of their profits when those keys inevitable resurface there.

And of course everyone was on the side of the poor, small Indie developer. If you want people to value what you do you have to value it yourself. I'm definitely no fan of G2A but what TinyBuild is doing is just hypocritical.

100% correct.

Claiming a loss of 700k$, absolutely laughable.

and i tought i was the only one that stood by g2a in this thing... i can see why it is a problem to a lot of devs but for me its one of the only ways i have to get games, and i try to get games only when they get bundled (just to make sure i am not supporting credit card theft) mostly because i dont have a credit card and g2a lets me pay with cash

I can see why AAA games are more problematic but in this case it just seems TinyBuild is complaining about a problem they created mostly themselves. If you don't want your games to be sold for pennies; don't sell them for pennies.

I've never heard the devs of Project Zomboid, Shovel Knight or Clannad complain about resellers and I would assume that's because they don't drown the market with cheap / free keys for their games in the first place.

Actually, there are two stories.

one, like sundance mentioned, is where tinybuild was crying about people buying games cheap and selling expensive - in other words, they pretty much hated SteamTrades. And that was stupid..

But there was also other story, where they used to have their own store like Humble Store and were flooded with chargeback fees from hackers who sold their keys through G2A and similar sites.

used to have their own store

Want to cash in the additional 30% store margin, have to cope with the risk involved.

Ofc gangstas then seek out the easiest targets, as experienced stores are less vulnerable. Being a good indie dev or publisher doesn't mean one can do everything alone.

"flooded with chargeback fees from hackers who sold their keys through G2A and similar sites"

And tinybuild never proved that.

That's what I was thinking lol. Give their games away then whine they hold no value.

Oh my god. The best bundle so far.
No time to explain
Speedrunners
Party hard
Clustertrucjk
Punchclub

These are the best indie gems. Just grab everything you can from this bundle.

T3 is too expensive.
Is T4 no Steam key?

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

T4 will probably have Steam keys when the game is released. It's the same if you buy it from the widget on their site, only DRM-free for the alpha builds.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

yeah, they can't give steam keys because they don't sell game on steam yet.

Does No Time to explain still give the original game by activation or is it the remastered version only this time? Also need Divide by Sheep for a giveaway in case my suggestion is taken for the Hunger Games ^^

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

I don't think you can giveaway that here, since it was free.

Remastered keys don't give original game.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

It was free? Ah, no problem then. But it is a bit sad I missed that.

Only the Remastered? That would be good but are you sure. Since I know that in an earlier bundle gave both versions of the game.

You can buy Hello Neighbor at anytime from them for $24.99, so there's no real point in getting it from the bundle outside of the charity donation.

well it is the same price there so you can get it here and also give to charity so thats cool

Yeah, for someone who want to buy the game anyway, this is a good opportunity. I was just pointing out that it was the same price as they normally sell it.
